Samson - Police cars

Since Tyndalston is a reactive city that reacts to your actions, we needed the police to represent that, and we decided to do it in three steps.

First is a standard patrol car that roams around the city. Eventually, when the heat is turned up, we have the Tonerre Chaser that comes into play.
